By deciding to continue your mortgage loan, we may request addition documentation to support the information stated on the applicatin. These documents can include: 

Full Doc Programs 

  • All Paystubs in the last 30 days 
  • The past 2 years W-2's, 1099s, etc... 
  • Self-employed personal and business tax returns with pages for the last 2 years 
  • The last 60 days of bank and/or investment account statements along with clarification of any large deposits 
  • Clear copy of drivers license 
  • Most recent homeowners insurance and/or HOA bill, as applicable 
  • A complete signed purchase agreement, if applicable

Lite Doc Programs 

No tax returns needed. Qualify with either peprsonal or business bank statements. Normally 50% of the average montly deposits could be used as the qualifying income. Borrowers could also try to quality with 90% of the income reported on the 1099 Form as well.
