Full Doc Programs
- All Paystubs in the last 30 days
- The past 2 years W-2's, 1099s, etc...
- Self-employed personal and business tax returns with pages for the last 2 years
- The last 60 days of bank and/or investment account statements along with clarification of any large deposits
- Clear copy of drivers license
- Most recent homeowners insurance and/or HOA bill, as applicable
- A complete signed purchase agreement, if applicable
Lite Doc Programs
No tax returns needed. Qualify with either peprsonal or business bank statements. Normally 50% of the average montly deposits could be used as the qualifying income. Borrowers could also try to quality with 90% of the income reported on the 1099 Form as well.
