GMCC will initially service your loan after closing. In most cases, the servicing of your loan will be transferred to a new loan servicer within 30 to 90 days after closing.
If your mortgage payment is due to GMCC, we will mail your monthly mortgage statement and payment coupon via USPS approximately two weeks before your payment due date.
If you wish to make your payment before receiving your statement, you may use one of the payment coupons included with your closing documents.
GMCC only accepts payments for the full amount due. Partial payments are not accepted.

Please include your loan number on your check. Your loan number can be found on your closing documents and your monthly mortgage statement/payment coupon.
When your loan servicing is transferred, GMCC will mail you a Notice of Servicing Transfer. This notice will include:
Important: Even if your loan has been transferred, a payment may still be due to GMCC depending on the effective transfer date. Please review your Notice of Servicing Transfer carefully to ensure your payment is sent to the correct servicer.

If applicable, GMCC will mail IRS Form 1098 (Mortgage Interest Statement) via USPS no later than January 31 of the year following the applicable tax year.
