- Loan Application filled out online.

- Borrower’s Certification and Authorization signed using this link:

DocuSign - Borrower's credit authorization

- Purchase contract and Addendums signed by all parties.

- Escrow/Closing attorney contact information.

- Most current TWO months bank statement with ALL pages.

- Most current ONE MONTH paystubs.

- Last two years’ W2s (Please provide diploma if graduated within 2 years).

- Last two years’ Federal Tax return with all schedules for self-employed.

- Mortgage statements or Note for all properties include 2nd HELOC/loan if applicable.

- Insurance declaration page with premium and agent contact information.

- Master Insurance and HOA statement if applicable.

- HOA Statement with monthly Due and HOA contact information if applicable.

- ID legible copies front and back for all borrowers.

- Green Card front and back copies or Passport and VISA documents if applicable.

If there are rental properties:

- Last two years’ Federal Tax return with all schedules for rental income verification.

- Lease agreements.

- Insurance for all rental properties.

- Master insurance and HOA statement if applicable.
